​How Do I Place An Order?​

It's easy! Choose the type of item you're looking to buy (T-shirt, knit hat, trucker hat, headband, sweatshirt etc...) from the home page or banner menu and see what we've got. You'll have the options of sizing, color, name, position etc...once you start the process.

 

What if I don't see what I'm looking for? (aka "I want a custom order")

Simply contact us and tell us what you want. Remember to include what type of item you're looking for, a detailed description of your idea and we'll get back to you. Depending on what it is we might need additional information or images but we can work with you. If you're looking for a type of item that we don't carry, let us know what it is and we can price it for you. Once we've got the info we need you will receive an invoice in your email. Simply pay the invoice through our secure on-line process. Once we see payment has been made, we'll get busy on fulfilling your order!

 

Speaking of custom orders...

Don't t forget that we can do digital design work, fine art on canvas or metal, murals and on site events! Simply contact us to inquire about pricing.

 

Can you do work on my garment?

Yes we can! Got a jean jacket, leather jacket, sweat suit, banner you need done? No problem. Just ship it to us or drop it off at our location at Nickelodeon Universe and we'll take it from there. Please refer above ^^^ to get the custom process rolling.

 

I saw a design under T-shirts and want it on a hat. Can you do that?

Yes! If there's a design you see under a category that you like, but want it on something else we can handle it. Treat it as a custom order and contact us to start the process.

 

How do you process payments that are placed through email?

Once the custom details are hashed out we will give you a final price you'll receive an invoice in your email. Simply pay the invoice through our secure on-line process and you're all set. Once we get verification of the payment we'll get busy painting!

 

How do I care for my garment?

We're glad you asked! Here's the care for each item:

• T-shirt/sweatshirt: You will receive washing instructions for each shirt or sweatshirt you order. Just in case you misplace it here are the details:

  • Turn the shirt inside out and press with a hot dry iron for 10 minutes (do not use steam during this process). When you're ready to wash it, turn the shirt inside out and wash in cold water...no bleach.

• Knit hat: The hat already has a protective coating on it so no need to iron. We recommend spot washing initially (take a damp cloth and wipe off the dirty area) and then inside out in cold water when you're ready for a full cleaning. 

• Trucker hat: This hat also comes with a protective coat on it so it's ready to wear. However we do not recommend putting it into a washing machine as this is very hard on the mesh. Simply use a damp cloth to clean off dirty areas.

• Headbands: Headbands do not require any ironing. Put in cold water, no bleach when you're ready to wash.

• The lanyards, can coozies and door signs all have a protective coating on them and do not require any additional care. Just wipe off any dirt with a damp cloth. Door signs do not come with mounting tape, but we recommend two way mounting tape.

 

Do you do group discounts?

Yes we do! Group discounts start at 6 items and go from there. We can offer very competitive pricing on larger orders but remember that each item is painted by hand...which makes it cooler! Contact us for custom order pricing.

 

How long does an order take?

It does depend on what type of design you're getting and the quantity. However, most items will be ready the next day and will take 2-3 days shipping. Larger orders or custom orders will take longer and we can give you the turn around time when you contact us.

 

Is the paint that you use safe to wear?

Our paint is an acrylic textile blend and is non-toxic...so it's perfectly safe to wear.

 

What brand of T-shirts do you use?

We use Gildan's 50/50 blend T-shirt. We like this type as it wears extremely well and does not shrink. If there is a different kind or color of shirt or sweatshirt you'd like just contact us and we'll work it out.

What about your other products...what do you carry?

For our sweatshirts we use a Gildan heavy 50/50 pullover hoodie in gray or white. Trucker hats are a foam front with an adjustable snap back and come in 7 different colors. Headbands are made from a flexible soft knit fabric. Posters are a fairly sturdy yet flexible fabric called Pellon and measure 14"x14". We also have the ability to order custom shirt colors and makes from Jerzees, American Apparel, Hanes...just to name a few. Payment & Shipping

When you've found exactly what you're looking for, all payments are securely processed one of 2 ways:

• If you're purchasing an item from one of our categories, you'll see the amount during check out and can process payment using your credit card or PayPal account.

• If you've contacted us for a custom order or event, the finalized price will be sent to you as an invoice in your email where there is a "Pay Invoice" option. Simply click the link, fill out the info and submit to pay. It's that simple!
